How long does it take to process orders?

It can take 1-2 days to process and ship orders. On some rare occasions, there may be times when it may take 3-4 days to process your order due to a heavy volume of orders. This usually only happens during sales and promotions.

Do you accept personal cheques or money orders?

No. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (through Paypal & Strpe).

How do I know if the items I want to purchase are in stock?

All products on our site will show the availability of the current stock. We track our products using real time inventory tracking, so if it says it's in stock, it is

Do you accept orders by phone?

Yes we do! You can place your order between 10 am and 7 pm CST. If no one is available to take your call you can either leave a message or order online. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed you must do so on the same day it was made. Orders are generally processed the next day so if the order has already been processed it cannot be canceled. If you have made an order in error, please contact us soon as possible so that it can be corrected. Otherwise, the products will be sent out to you and if necessary, returned to us at your shipping expense.
 

I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information online. How can I be sure it's secure?

We only use the most current and up to date security encrypted software to ensure our customers privacy & safety. 

Do you accept international orders?

Not at this time.
 

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our shelf life is between 6-8 months. We use a small percentage of a synthetic preservative to ensure the safety of our products. We recommend that the products be stored in a cool, dry place.
 

Why are my products sometimes a slightly different color then a previous order?

Our products are made using natural ingredients with no artificial dyes and colors. Natural color variation is common with natural raw materials and can be expected. A change in color from one batch to the next in no way reduces the effectiveness of the product.
